C.R.Ramalingam
Ramalingam is an Electrical Engineer and finance professional with over 35 years experience working in various capacities in Engineering and finance both in India and the Middle east . As Director - Operations he assumes overall responsibility for operations and finance for snom India.
Prior to his position in snom India Ramalingam worked with Arabian FALCO in Saudi Arabia
He is tasked with the operations of the company and is responsible for the overall profitability |

Dr. Christian Stredicke
snom Techonology AG founder and CEO, Dr. Christian Stredicke, studied IT and Business at the Technical University of Berlin. After obtaining his degree he was employed at the Institute for Technical IT as an assistant lecturer and at Arthur D. Little business consultancy. Christian has many years of experience in the areas of software development and hardware design. He is the author of numerous publications concerning VoIP technology.

Alexander Khan
Alexander Khan, COO, studied Business at the Technical University of Berlin with a focus on Business Finance. After completing his studies he worked for Mummert & Partner as a business consultant specialising in financial services. He has been with Snom Since January 2003, originally responsible for international business relations, and was appointed to the executive board in December 2004.

Dr. Michael Knieling
Since December 2004 Michael Knieling has been in charge of sales, marketing and administration at snom. Before he joined snom, he worked as an investment and funds manager at a venture capital company for six years and was on the supervisory board of snom. After obtaining a degree in physics at Warsaw/Dresden and a doctorate at the Technical University of Ilmenau, he devoted himself to technology forecasting and IP strategies at the Patent Office for six years. Subsequently, he spent eight years leading the Berlin office of an international technology-oriented business consultancy.
